"Super Tasty - Mango Ice Cream"

3 Ingredients Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:
3 pcs Medium Size Ripe Mango
2 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream
1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk

TOPPINGS:
Mini Marshmallows
Two tone chocolate Droplet
Chocolate Sprinkles
Rainbow Sprinkles
Rice Crispies (IF available)

Procedure:
1. Slice and cut mango into cubes. Put mango in a blender. Add 2 tbsp condensed milk. Processed mango until smooth. Transfer mango puree in a bowl and set aside.

2. In a bowl beat cream over high speed until it double in volume. Add condensed milk. Beat again until the condensed milk is well incorporated into the cream.

3. Add mango puree and beat again until well combined. Fill mixture into an ice cream cups. Tap to flatten top of ice cream. Top ice cream with sprinkles, mini marshmallow or chocolate chips. Cover and freeze in the ref overnight.

Yields about: 22 Pieces
