You can get great effects if you 1st make different parts of your Paper WET
Then apply some bright color (it will be later part of your Background!)
Then let it dry
Over night... !!!
And make a different section wet and repeat this until you covered the paper with light colors... then this technique using darker colors and you will get a different GREAT result... :)

Be Creative !!!
Try different ways and get even more Unique styles - Nobody HAS !

It's COOL ! If you COPY others... but Boring !
