Christina Grimmie
Was born on: March 12, 1994
Parents: Tina and Albert Grimmie.
She started playing music early and her father discovered her incredible talent when she was 10 years old,
she started playing the piano at age ten but she played by ear , later her father bought her a mini keyboard.
She started publishing videos on youtube when she was just 15 years old, creating them in her bedroom and sharing the covers she played with the world, inspiring, motivating millions with her natural funny and charming way.
Her mother worked as a receptionist until she was diagnosed with breast cancer, while her father worked at Verizon Communications.
Her older brother Marcus served as Christina's personal road manager during her entire performances,
arranging everything, she needed and was there for her all the time.
Grimmie grew up in Marlton, New Jersey, USA
She attended Baptist Regional Elementary School and Cherokee High School in New Jersey, USA. At one point the family moved to Los Angeles, USA.
Grimmie was home-schooled for her junior year in 2010.
She tragically died on: June 10, 2016
of gunshot wounds inflicted in a targeted attack that followed her concert performance in Orlando.
